find position in range of values and display on form

mp
I am doing some volunteering for a local non-profit aid organization
and not very experienced with access.

I have a table which is a list of Federal Poverty Line cutoffs based
on the number of people in a household.

fpl_id NumPeople 75% FPL 100% FPL 125% FPL 150% FPL
1 1 $638.00 $851.00 $1,064.00 $1,276.00
2 2 $856.00 $1,141.00 $1,426.00 $1,711.00
3 3 $1,073.00 $1,431.00 $1,789.00 $2,146.00
4 4 $1,291.00 $1,721.00 $2,151.00 $2,581.00
5 5 $1,508.00 $2,011.00 $2,514.00 $3,016.00
6 6 $1,726.00 $2,301.00 $2,876.00 $3,451.00
7 7 $1,943.00 $2,591.00 $3,239.00 $3,886.00
8 8 $2,161.00 $2,881.00 $3,601.00 $4,321.00

I need to take a person's monthly income which is displayed on a form
(based on data in another table)
find which category the person fall into such as:

<75%
>75% <100%
100% <125%
etc....

And display it on the form.

The number of people in the household is already on the form.
What is the best way to accomplish this?

Any help/ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
