Use CurrentProject.Forms. E.g. in the debug window (Ctrl-G):

for each frm in currentproject.allforms : debug.Print frm.name : next

If you want this to run from Excel you'll have to open Access as an
Automated object. See GetObject and CreateObject in the Excel VBA help
file. Then add the Access object to the above references
(accObj.CurrentProject.Forms) and use the above code to insert the form
names in Excel cells.

The easiest way is to run the above code in Access debug window and cut
& paste the results into Excel.
