There are 2 'easy' Methods for creating a Composite Primary Key:

1. Method 1
   1. Make sure you are in Table ==> Design View.
   2. Make sure the Table design Toolbar is visible, if not: View ==> Toolbars ==> Table Design.
   3. Select all the Fields that will comprise the Composite Primary Key, selecting one at a time which holding the CTRL Key down during the selection process.
   4. Click the Primary Key Icon on the Table Design Toolbar.
2. Method 2
   1. Make sure you are in Table ==> Design View.
   2. Select all the Fields that will comprise the Composite Primary Key, selecting one at a time which holding the CTRL Key down during the selection process.
   3. Click Edit ==> Primary Key on the Menu Bar..

In table design mode, select first key field, hold the control key and select the second key field. With both fields selected, click the key icon to add a key.
