Crosstab click opening a report

I'd like to click on a control in a crosstab query, say Col 4, Row 3, and
have the On Click event open a report showing the underlying data making up
that summed # in Col 4, Row 3.
Is this a complicated thing to do or relatively easy?

I know that, Salad! That's why I was confused when the OP said

"I'd like to click on a control in a crosstab query... and have the On Click
event open a report showing"

and you responded at length, giving code to do so!

Sorry, folks. In my original post, I meant to say a form based on a crosstab
query.
