I'm working on a small database to mail out a .xls to a number of users which works well, however, I want to vary the number of users that this form is mailed out to.
Currently I'm dealing with this by storing the number of people to mail in a table against a primary key, I then have a a Query to return the value of people to mail against the specified key, however, I then want to pass this value into another query (Delete Query) so that only this number are mailed.
Unfortunately when the query is run from a macro it prompts for the value to be entered manually rather than taking the value returned from the initial query.
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
- DELETE Peopletomail.Index
- FROM Peopletomail
- WHERE (((Peopletomail.Index)>[Qry70 - Number of people to mail]![Number of people to Mail].value));
Thanks
