Filtering Forms

Hi there,

Basically I have being trying to filter data from my original data list, I have built queries with parameter and search boxes, however this only allow me to search for singular parameters in each field.

Then I tried to use the pivot table option.

Basically I was wondering if there was a way to build a form that would allow me and the users to filter data with ease. E.g. If the form could have a tab like pivot tables, therefore allowing the user to filter information and multiple data sets within the form.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Regards Daniel

Create a Crosstab query. That will allow you to do just that.

Keep in mind that if it is save to the database, then that will be the way it stays. So if someone doesn't know how to use a crosstab query it can get messed up.

Hope that helps,
