how do i alter tables and forms in a runtime db?

i have access 2007 on my development pc (A) and i want to create a runtime db on another unconnected pc (B) where users dont have access to the development options in access; just the runtime db i have created. However, the db needs to evolve over time as the business it is used for changes. I tried creating the db on the dev pc and packaging it up and installing it as a runtime version on pc B but when i want to update the tables and forms later on as the db evolves i cant get at the tables or data in the runtime version to alter them. is there an easy/elegant way of solving this problem?

Other than your client purchasing a full version of Access, no! A runtime version of a db is just like an MDE version, in that design changes cannot be made. Sorry!
