there is a very simple way to do this. There is an upsize wizard that is in Access 2007 to convert your MDB or ACCDB file over to ADP or ACCDP file.

Keep in mind that all tables and queries will be in SQL 2005 Express and all your forms, Reports, macro's and Modules with be in Access.

This way you can still develop and not get confused as to where things are.

Keep also in mind that since you upsizing to SQL, you will be using the Security settings that are setup for SQL 2005.

Now with Express version, you don't have to worry about to much. If you're going to transfering this project over to another SQL Server when you're done developing, you're going to need to know something about being able to back up data from SQL 2005 Express and then be able to load that data from your backup to the Live SQL server that it is going to reside on. You will also have to restore it to at least SQL 2000 or newer for the structure to be compatiable with previous versions of SQL if it isn't SQL 2005 or newer.

Hope that helps,

Joe P.
