VBA code not executing

3
I have a situation. I was handed a Access 2007 database to work on and moved, imported data and not I am looking at the VBA code because the use told me none of the buttons are working.

Well after looking at the vba code under the click event..it look ok. I've attempted to put stops and msgbox code and the event never fires.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I've only gotten one chance to use 2007 once but by default it blocks all VBA code. You'll have to activate it, I just can't remember from the one time I used it.

I don't use Access 2007 either, but I believe you need to designate the folder holding the db as a "trusted" location inorder for code to work. I seem to remember that you do this from within Access' security section under Options on the Office menu. Hopefully someone who actually has the new beastie installed will come along here ddon!

That was it...the trusted directory. Once I added the location of the database in the trusted center...it worked.

Thanks for the help and reply.
