Get the filtered results from a search

Hi,
How I can get the filter ON on results from a search?
I am using MS Access 2000/2002. I do a search and it takes me to another form but instead of going to that particular record that I selected , it goes to the first record of the form and when I press Filter button, then it goes to the desired record.
I am using this code (with the help from this same forum)
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Private Sub Combo1_AfterUpdate()
  2. DoCmd.OpenForm "frmOrg", acNormal, , "[strOrgName]= '" & Me![Combo1] & "'"
  3. End Sub
  4.

Your helph is highly appreciated.
Regards,
Syed

Please use code tags.

In the On Open event of the other form, have it set the FilterOn property to True.
