Converting data in Access 2003 to currency 1 and currency 2

Hi, all!
Good to join your forum, this is my first post! :)
Actually I've tried first the search engine to find a solution for my question, but there was no success.
So:
Basically I have several tables containing data and most of half of it are money wised. meaning that originally I feed my database with EUR money. I am looking for a solution how to make possible to convert the data between two basic currencies I'm going to use - EUR and USD back and forth, depending on future users wishes how they'd like to see the report.
Actually, I've tried making seperate table which contains basic and cross rates between these two currencies, but somehow I lost myself in this idea.
Also, is it possible to be linked in a form like radio button avalible for choice whether EUR or USD.

Thanks in advanced for your answers, I hope I did't brake any rule right from the begining posting here!

As of 1/13/2008, 1 Euro = 1.47719 USD
As of 1/13/2008, 1 USD = 0.67696 Euro

Assuming you save the Currency Values in USD, create a Calculated Field in a Query that does the conversion, as in:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Euro: Format(1.47719 * [<Your Field>],"Currency")
You now have these values available in both Euro and USD. Now, simply change the Control Sources on any Text Box(s) to either Field to display the appropriate values. I hope this explains how this problem can be solved. If you need further explanation, please let me know, I'll be away for a few days but I'm sure someone else will be able to help you before I return, if needed.
