Generating access reports of student data on different pages

Hi ,

This is Jason....I am very thankful to this community for helping me couple of times earlier with my issues....

Iam trying to create a Report which is attached to a Form ....On that form i have a combo box which will allow me to select "One particular student roll number" or i have an option to select "ALL" at the end of every month to get their marks from the database....

So my problem is when i select "ALL" option the report is generated but all the information multiple students is coming continuously on one single page....

But i want that to be splitted with each student having their information on a seperate page ....so that when i print each student gets his own copy seperately.....

iam using Access 2003 ....i could not find any option when i created the report....
Please help...
waiting for a reply...
Thanks
Jason...

It's not a setting, you just create a page break. It's a control.

Hello Sir,

I just have one more question....I have made a heading for the report and put it in a LABEL and I have put the Page Break as you have suggested and When i go to preview the report as there is a page break the Name only is appearing on the first page and not on the rest....These are individual student assesments ...so that was the reason for seperating them and that works with page break option you suggested.....But how to make the Name,Date,Time inserted in the header appear on each page.....

waiting for ur reply...
Thanks
Jason

Put the labels and text boxes you want appearing on each page in the page header vice the report header. The labels should be correctly displayed then. If not showing go to the View option from the menu.

Another way to put each student on seperate page. If your report has groupings in it and you have a Student Footer. In the Format - Force New Page property - Select "After Section"
