Are you asking to see how to make MS Access ask for a Username and password so that MS Access knows who the user is that is working with the application in MS Access?

Let me know,

Miss rosa,

If you are trying a work around for the standard security system in access....set up an employee table with name, username and password fields.

Then you can set up a login form attached to this table and make it the initial form to open during starttup. you can "password" mask both the table field and the form field.

let me know if you need more particulars.
