Unrecognized database format

I use access 2007

when i try this code, it doesnot work:

Set db = OpenDatabase("ICA Analyzed Corpus.accdb")

the message which appear is "Unrecognized database format"

However, when i use access 2003 this code works well:

Set db = OpenDatabase("ICA Analyzed Corpus.mdb")

However, when i use access 2003 this code works well:

Set db = OpenDatabase("ICA Analyzed Corpus.mdb")
Did you arbitrarily change the File Extension of ICA Analyzed Corpus.mdb to ICA Analyzed Corpus.accdb thinking that this would automatically convert the .mdb to the newer .accdb format?
