Display emails in an Access form

Hi,

the database im currently working on holds customer information.

Each customer has a unique ID and we email them regularly.

What I'd like to be able to do is when you go into a customers record there will be a form with a list box displaying recent email correspondance.

I thought we could do this by passing the unique ID through to the subject line of a blank email when the user clicks a button on the form, and then somehow search the users sent items folder in outlook for any emails with the users ID in the subject line?

I haven't done any work on this and its very much on the drawing board, just wondered if anyone had any ideas?

Cheers

That's definitely possible.

The application automation tutorial will help you get started and we can help with any problems that you may run into. The most I've done with outlook from access is create a custom e-mail to send out.
