Microsoft Vista and Access Database

I developed a Coldfusion based website that makes use of a Microsoft Access database with an ODBC driver connection. It appears that the ODBC driver does not work properly with the Microsoft Vista operating system. I would like to be able to develop my website with a new computer I have just bought that operates with MS Vista.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Is there another method for connecting to the MS Access database other than using the ODBC driver that I could use with MS Vista.

I have problem with Vista and an ACCESS DB. Have traced far enough to suspect that the problem may be in the less obvious properties of the DB, perhaps the .owner property. I am waiting to get help but think that following the same path may help you.
