Package solution

Hi!
I have made an access solution on Access 2002 and used Package Wizard
to deploy my application to the end user. In this application I use
mscomm32.ocx for communication and it has worked ok. But now I
upgraded to Access 2007 and changed to the new format .accde. When I
use the Package solution the mscomm32.ocx doesn't include in my .msi
what do I do wrong? In the VBA code the reference to the mscomm32.ocx
are there and still it doesn't include.
