Creating blank email from access database

Hi,

I'm working on a database that contains personal details.

What I'd like to have is a button next to the records email address that when clicked passes the records email address into the "To" field in the blank email.

Any help would be appreciated

Try this in the on click event procedure of the button where Me!EmailAddress is the name of your forms textbox holding the email address value.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.  Dim strEmail as String
  2. strEmail=Me!EmailAddress
  3. Application.FollowHyperlink "mailto:" & strEmail
  4.
Regards

Jim :)
