Multiple Column Sub Report

13
I am trying to make a subreport that uses multiple columns that goes down then across. I want it to go down only like 5 inches of the page though and then to switch to the other column. So essentially I'm looking for a 2x4 column that keeps repeating down the page in around 4 inch intervals. Can this be done? I have it working fine but it goes the duration of the page and I need another subreport below this subreport. I'm grouping on Site type as well.

example:

Site 1----------------------------------------------------- Site 2
Data1 Data2 Data3 --------------------------------- Data1 Data2 Data3
1______2_____3______________________1____ _2____3
20____12____13______________________43____ 51__ 16
4______5 ___ 6

Site 3
Data1 Data2 Data3
1______2____3
4______5____6
4______5____6

I've looked for somewhere to specify page height but can't seem to get it to work right with the subreport.

Thanks

It looks more like you're going across then down.

You can't really do this natively in Access. You're going to have to create two subreports, each one using a query that returns data for that column.
