How to display record count on a report

P: 77
Hi,

Please help with this problem.

I have a report that displays a list of Client Records.
using the following fields,

Client Nbr, Client Seq Nbr, Hist Nbr, Hist Seq Nbr, Description, Time, Date

The list is grouped first by the Client Name and secondly by Vendor Contact Name.
It has a page break by the Client Name, records start on a new page on Client Name change
The help I need is to display,

1) the Grand Count of the Client Records at the last page, not counting the duplicate records (client nbr + client seq nbr)

2) Count of records per Client name. A count need to be displayed everytime the Client Name changes.

1) the Grand Count of the Client Records at the last page, not counting the duplicate records (client nbr + client seq nbr)

Place a textbox in your report footer with the following expression:
= Count([Client Name])

2) Count of records per Client name. A count need to be displayed everytime the Client Name changes.

Place a textbox in your Client Name header or footer with the following expression:
= Count([Client Name])
