wrap the text in the tables of Access reports

hi friends,


i have created tables in reports using Access 2003.the data available in the tables are trimmed off whenever it crocess column width.how can eliminate this problem.send any macro or VB code which would solve this problem.

In a report, you can set CanGrow = Yes, and Access will automatically resize the entire row to fit the tallest field. Does that help?

And please, jinkala, take the time to learn and use the correct names for objects in Access. A Table, in Access, is the primary container for holding all stored data. Tables are not created in Reports in Access. In the final analysis, the majority of objects in Access Reports are either Textboxes or Labels, with anoccasional SubReport thrown in!

And please don't think that I'm nit-picking here. Trouble- shooting database problems long distance, as it were, is difficult enough when all of the parts of the problem are clearly defined! It is essential that correct Access terms be used in laying out a problem.
