Super Easy Word Merge

First I would like to thank Albert Kallal for the Super Easy Word Merge. I have been using this in an Access 2003 database for a while, then upgraded to Access 2007 - worked until I split the database. It still works, but there's a problem in a multi user environment where one user ends up with another users data if there using it at the exact same time. I think I can fix it by pulling the templates to the front end. Topic for another day. Awesome stuff either way!

The problem that I'm working on is this. I would like to continue using the Super Easy Word Merge, but need to merge many records. I Really don't even need to display the letters in Word, just send them to a printer. This could be 100's of records at a time. Any ideas?

You ordinarily would need to post the code you are using in order for an expert to help you. However, try using the printout method and see if that helps. Assuming that you have the merge execute line in your code, add the additional 2 lines and see what happens.

After the merge execute command in your code
YourWordObj.MailMerge.Execute
YourWordObj.Application.Visible = False
ActiveDocument.PrintOut Copies:=1
