No Switchboard Manager, not in Add-ins on CD. Help says it's there.

MS Access 2000 Help says there is an Switchboard Manager in
Tools->Add-ins. Only Add-in Manager is there, and no Add-ins are
listed. Clicking Add New takes me to an Add-ins directory on C: (empty
list) rather than the install CD, which is already in the computer.
Browsing in Add New to D:/PFILES/MSOFFICE/OFFICE/ADDINS reveals and
empty list of files of tye Add-ins. There is no mention in the help
file on how to install the Swithboard Manager it if it's not there.

Thanks for any help.

Don't believe everything you read! :-(
In Access 2000 the Switchboard Manager is located at:
Tools + Database Utilities + Switchboard Manager.

However, you don't need the built-in switchboard manager to create a
switchboard.
Just use an unbound form and add command buttons as needed.
If you use the Command Button wizard when adding buttons, Access will
write most of the code for you. You'll have more control over how the
switchboard looks and works, are not limited to 8 buttons, and
maintenance is easier. Try it.
