maximize form

I thought I solved this problem before, but apparently not. I have a form called main_menu which contains a whole bunch of buttons to access other forms. One of those buttons simply opens a table in datasheet view. when I click that button to view the table and then close the table to return to the main menu I find that the main menu is no longer maximized. I would really like the main menu to stay maximized all the time, even if something else is maximized in front of it. Is there any way to keep it maximized, even in the background, all the time?

I always add an OnActivate event procedure with this line of code:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. DoCmd.Maximize
  2.
Thus every time the form is activated it will show maximized :-)
