Comparsion of Data in Table and Query

Dear all
i made one small db of training of 20 employee in service company.i made 2 tables, one employee information and other training, By making relationship, i use both tables in one form , where employee data remains static, but the training data varies.
Problem:: How i can find a data of the employee who dont get training on a user defined period( i.e From Aug 2007 to Nov 2007,)and can it be possible user can select this time period through calender

Farhan you haven't provided enough information for us to work with.

First thing you say is that you are using one form for all the data. I would have assumed that training data would be on a subform as there is a one to many relationship between employees and training.
