using VBA to download report from subscribed website.

I'd like to write a script that goes to a particuar web site, logs in with my user info, goes to a reports page, and then downloads the report into my access database. Can this be done with VBA?

Any tips on the commands that I should use to do this?

Thanks!

It could be possible to do this with VBA, but you'll find that most of us who use VBA won't have this level of experience with web programming. You're looking at either interacting with a web browser, in which case the coding will be different for different browsers and different versions, or you're looking at coding your own HTTP GET requests and such. You might do better in the VB forum or a one of the web language forums to get a general overview of what might be involved.

Rabbit makes some good points. I would also like to add that if it isn't a site that you control it may be a real pain due to the sites structure can change and throw everything off. I found myself in a similar predicament once and I was constantly going back to make changes, I won't go down that road unless I have control of the design of the site.
