Questions regarding custom queries and reports.

Hello everyone, first I want to thank you all for your help with my last issue. Now I'm at a decision point with this database. I have all the information that I need to create a daily goal sheet for the employees for this company. My pie in the sky goal would be to create some type of report that uses a system with combo boxes that I could select Job Numbers from the main Job table and have it automatically fill a report with information such as:

That information would be pulled from this following table (shown is the form for the Job table).

Basically I am trying to find the best way to create a way to pull this information every day. The sheet would be used to create this global goal sheet for the employees to have an overview of what needs to be done each day. Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Thank you,
- James

As a follow up. Some of the information would obviously be entered manually, but fields such as Job # (combo box) and Customer # (auto fill from Job #) along with Notes would be automatic. The other steps with check boxes would be manual.

Thank you,
- James

Well I've been working on this for a bit today and am still having difficulty. My current idea is to use a table with the following fields:

date (current date by using the default value of =date())
job 1 (combo box pulling from the job tracking table)
Subform that pulls data from the job tracking table (this is where the issue is at)
job 2 (combo box pulling from the job tracking table)
Subform
Job 3 (combo box pulling from the job tracking table)
Subform
and so on.

For whatever reason, my subform is not filling with information when selecting the job number from the combo box. I was able to get this to work on my Job tracker form by using a subform that autofills out customer data such as contact information, customer id, etc. Any help would be appreciated. I'm sure it's something simple and obvious that I'm missing, but I certainly am missing it.

Thank you,
- James
