Can't edit anything once i upgraded to 2003 from 2000

I have a small database that I use for some data tracking/record
keeping. I was able to edit everything in MS Access 2000. Once i
upgraded to 2003, i can't edit anything now. The database opens in
2000 file format. I've tried to convert it to 2003, still no change.
Also i've ensured i'm still the admin/owner of the db. Every field i
try to edit, it just makes a stop/beep sound. There's no security set
on the db. Any ideas of what to try next???

If it is a small DB then create a new Access2003 DB. Add a table and
see if you can enter/edit data in the table in that new db. If yes then
import the tables/forms/... from the old DB to the new one.

If you still cant manipulate data in the table in the new DB in
Access2003, you may have to contact microsoft and ask them what the
problem is.
