Displaying multiple pictures on a form from different records

1
I need to have a form that displays a group of 20 pictures in 4 rows of 5 pictures. The pictures are of people. Each Subject record has a picture field. I have a query written that selets the group of records I want. Now I could use some help displaying just the pictures on a form in a 4 rows of 5 pattern. I don't want to have a continuous form with 20 pictures in a row. (although if that were the case I would have finished already). The list of pictues will change so I can't set the source to a specific record either. How do you say: Display all the pictures from my query on my picture form? I appreciate your help with this problem. Thanks.

Where are the pictures stored. In the db or in the file system?
