cant print lines in a report - urgent, deliverable tomorrow

Hello,

I have an application in Access where I have developed about 10 reports. These have been working for a while and produce data properly.

I recently tried exporting the report, from the print preview mode to MSWord. The lines on the report do not print at all. The lines also do not print, if i take a report.

I have checked the line proeprties and they are
Border style = solid
special effect = flat
border width = at some places it is 3pt at some it is 1 pt

The lines are seen perfectly on screen during print preview.

Please help me.
Regards
Nanda

Sorry, but the export to MS Word won't "move" the layout :-(
The only way to preserve the layout will be to use the "snap" format:
http://www.microsoft.com/ACCESSDEV/P...o/snapshot.htm
or to turn the report into a .pdf format.

In the print setup dialogue, make sure you don't have the "Data Only" box ticked.
