Updating Chart in Access Form

Hello,

I have a chart in an Access form that updates when the underlying table is updated, which occurs when a button is pressed. I also have the option of adding more records to the table, which is where I am having a problem. The graph updates fine, but it displays for all records in the table at the same time (i.e. if I add three more records, there will be four lines on the graph). I want it to just display the information for the current record. I've tried changing multiple properties and the query that feeds the chart, to no avail. I hope this makes sense, and I appreciate any and all help!

Easiest will be the addition of the form's unique ID as the criteria in the graph's controlsource.
The criteria for the ID would look like:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Forms!yourformname!yourIDfieldname
  2.
Getting the idea ?
