Link Multiple Tables in a query

I have 15 tables that have a common field (called FACID). On a form they are all linked to gether on tab pages using 15 subforms. I need to pull one field (labeled Description) from each table and put it in one list. The problem is that each table may have multiple records not just one. Example:

Table One:
FACID Desc
1 First Example
1 Second Example

Table Two:
1 First Example
1 Second Example
1 Third Example

And so on..... Does anyone have any idea how I can combine all of the common facid descriptions? I will use this on a report to list all the descriptions based off of the FACID.

This will require multiple queries per table in one union query like:

select FACID, [First Example] from [Table One]
UNION
select FACID, [Second Example] from [Table One]
UNION
select FACID, [First Example] from [Table Two]
UNION
select FACID, [Second Example] from [Table Two]
UNION
select FACID, [Third Example] from [Table Two]
 

Getting the idea ?
