Pivot Table Printing / Scaling

hi i have a pivot table view on a form but when i print it, it wont print on the one page. can you put VB in back to set print area as x across and y down like you can in excel?

In general you can use the File/Page settings menuoption to alter the properties used when printing, like margins, etc.
Before setting these you'll need to open the report in design mode and issue a "Save".

When you have A2000 or lower the settings can't be "saved" when moving the .mdb to another PC, in A2003 and higher the settings can also be arranged from code.

this still wouldnt work if i had many months worth of figures, in excel you set print options as print on 1 across and 10 down this squashes everything to fit on a sheet of a4 rather than across many sheets. the pivot tables size will vary depending on user input.

Perhaps better to create it in Excel and fill the data from Access using automation...
