Update imported text

I have nearly twenty tables that have been imported straight from text files.. I was wondering if there is a way to do an update action on this instead of reimporting each one and going through that process?

I spoke too soon. I found a way, I believe it would be my best bet.. when importing the text, to a linked table to the text file.
