Combinging Multiple Report

Is it possible to combine multiple reports into one "master" report? In other words, the culmination of 10 Reports in the Reports section to print out as one single report.

i think you can use subreport but do not forget to link the child and parent together. i mean ou have to link your reports together.if you do a search about subreport it will give you an idea that how to use sub report and where to put it.

Once for each report Report header or footer section
Once for each page Page header or footer section
Once for each group Corresponding group header or footer section
Once for each record Detail section

What is the difference between these ten reports ?

The difference is that the information for the reports comes from about 10 different tables. Each report is a piece of the master report. I have 10 different sections to the report based on 10 different tables.

Are these tables having the same structure ?
Like:
Sales2006Jan
Sales2006Feb
etc.

No the data contained is completely different. The link is the facility ID. In one table describes CCTV camera systems, in another Intrusion Detection Systems, etc. The link is what I am using to them together.

OK, then I assume you have a "Master" table with the ID and the Name.
This can be used as the source for the report. Now place the other tables as a subreport and accept the proposed linking by the Wizard. Thus Access will synchronize the tables per ID.

Clear ?
