Combo box help

111 100+
im trying to add a search function on a form with a combo box. Right now it works, but in the drop-down it is listing everything in that field from the table and i only want it to show what is available to that particular group.

i tried putting this in the Row Source:

SELECT tblManifest.ID, tblManifest.[Individual Res #] FROM tblManifest WHERE tblManifest.GroupNumber = me.GroupNumber;

but it doesnt work because it asks me to enter a value for me.GroupNumber. I guess the "me" function only works from VB.

How can i work around this?

i just used the OnEnter event to change the RowSource in VB.

The other option is to refer to the form control like:

Forms!yourformname!controlname
