Programming Challenge Using Access (Contract Management and Monitoring)

6
was a wondering whether anyone had developed and is will to share a database to monitor business contracts and services and monitor there performance.

Ideally what Im looking for is a MS Access database to store Business Contract Information relating to who authorised it, start date, end date, Contract Amount and for reports to indicate when contracts were to expire.

It would also be good if expenditure could be recorded against the contract so we would match data.

Im new to this development work and this is my first task which i need assistance on.

See the link for 6 free database applications with source code, including a contract manager. This, should get you off to a great start, but at some point, you are going to have to customize the application with your own code.

Unforunately, the database is free, but not the source code. I think the code can be purchased separately for $125.

If this is not a joke, then you need to google "source code" on the internet and find out for yourself. The more you do on your own, the better off you will be.

Thanks for this but was unable to get to it.

Has anyone else got a link or ideally a structured database, even if in Microsoft Access, relating to Contract Management.

Would be good to include areas like:
  • Report - Contract End Date
  • Report - Contractor Contact Details inc Address, Phone, Email etc
  • Payments made against contract
  • Log of Services provided by the contract. Eg one Contract held might comprise of 5 different services
  • Benchmarking data on Contract performance

If the Contractor Tracker did not have the functionality you are looking for, then you will have to take functions from various templates and piece them together. See this link for more template databases.
