Refresh Tables Question

P: n/a
I have an XP database where my users are locked out of the database
window. One of my processes creates/drops tables on the fly. My
problem is trying to assign one of the new tables to a report. When
the report is called, it says that the table doesn't exist. How can I
refresh the tables using VB? I've tried using
Application.RefreshDatabaseWindow with no luck.

Thanks

Is it possible the table really doesn't exist? Ex:
On Error Resume Next
Create Table ...
(sounds of crashing and burning muted)
Docmd.OpenReport...

Yes, One thing I neglected to point out was that this is an ADP. It
does reside on the SQL Server.

Well, if that's the case I'll defer to someone with more expertise with
SQL server. In the meantime, crack out Help and look at the Connect and
Refresh link properties and the code examples provided.

You can also check out
http://www.mvps.org/access/tables/tbl0012.htm

At this site, also press the Search button and search on "refresh link".
Somewhere, someplace, in that code you'll find your answer.
