TRANSFORM (Crosstab) Query

Hi I am having the following problem I a running a query off a table. I am using the following sql code

TRANSFORM Sum([Intake Branch Banking and BAS].loanamount/1000000) AS SumOfloanamount
SELECT [Intake Branch Banking and BAS].Region
FROM [Intake Branch Banking and BAS]
GROUP BY [Intake Branch Banking and BAS].Region
PIVOT [Intake Branch Banking and BAS].measure;

When i run this I lose the decimal Places and the Currency Indicator (R) Rands in the loanamount column which is in the table.Need Zero decimal places

Eg it brings up 18.47 instread of R18

What am i doing wrong

SELECT [Intake Branch Banking and BAS].Region
FROM [Intake Branch Banking and BAS]
GROUP BY [Intake Branch Banking and BAS].Region
PIVOT [Intake Branch Banking and BAS].measure;
