How to prevent users from using 'Windows', 'unhide' on toolbar

When my application is opened, there is the standard windows toolbar at the top which has "File, Edit,View.... Windows". My users are going into the Windows dropdown and selecting 'unhide' so they can get to the access database tables and trying to manipulate data in the tables. Can you suggest the best way for me to stop them from being able to get into the tables? I was hoping that I could do something without having to build the access workgroup security.

Have a look in Tools / Startup.
There are some options there that should cover your requirements.
