A Level Project needing assistance

Hi can anyone help? I'm a student teacher and have an A level pupil who is trying to create a report that identifies products that are not being bought by each customer. Have tried to resolve but to no success!!! any access experts out there who can help?

Start creating a GroupBy query to get the unique combinations of customerID and product.
Next use this query in a GroupBy to count the number of customers per product and add a criteria to the Count field of the Customers like:
<> Dcount("customers","tblCustomers")

Getting the idea ?
