Opening Ms Access Databse in a PC that does not have Ms Access

I would like to know if is it possible to open a Ms Access Database from another PC that does not have Ms Access?

How do l export only the current data from Ms Access Database to a text file?

1) Only when there's a (free) runtime environment installed (check the microsoft site) It will only allow you to run the application when it has forms. Tables won't be visible!

2) Manually by right-clicking the table or query and selecting "Export". The wizard will guide you.
From code using the Docmd.TransferText command or by macro with the same command.
