I'm an idiot!

Hi guy's,

I feel like a bit of a tool.

I was playing with the startup options on a database i'm developing and unchecked every box.

Now i've searched the access help files and I cant find a way to get back into that menu. So are there any short cut keys so i can re-enable all the access menues?

One way is to press F11 key or holding down Shift key while opening the database.
