164 100+
so here is my first post

http://www.thescripts.com/forum/thread711882.html

everything was working just fine for me and I though I had it down, however the way this file is laid out doesnt work well with access. each record is very long and the way it is made each new line that is part of the same record starts with a "+" I messed around with the delimiter and It wasnt working for me.

Here is a sample of the file

A quick work-around can be to use MS Word to replace ^p+ by nothing.
Thus the paragraph ending and the next "+" sign will disappear and you'll have all data into one long record.
For such a file the standard Access import can be used for a fixed format.

Does that help ?
