This knowledgebase article explaoins that you need to delete Dbmsadsn.dll
from Ospfilelist.txt before you create your installation disk:

There's also another bug about having the wrong language, so you will want
to delete all these from the text file:
DBMSADSN.DLL
MSXML.DLL
DBNMPNTW.DLL
SQLOLEDB.DLL
