Need to Select Only Specific Values in Column

P: 1
Hello All,

I am new to ms-access, i have a table with values as mentioned below. Each of these table are given with a list of Look up values, in order to narrow down the list of values under Column 2 and Column 3, I want to Link only the associated attributes to be displayed when I select a particular attribute.

Ex :

Column 1 - Country
Column 2 - State
Column 3 - ZIP Code

The Country has look up values, now For instance if I were to select Country as USA in Column 1, then I want only the states from USA to be displayed in column 2 similarly after this when I select a particular State in Column 2 it should display me only the associated ZIP Codes in that particular state in Column 3.

Thank in advance.

you will need to create a query for that.
goto queries new simple query and after filling everything you need right click goto design mode and insert in the criteria USA. right click and select datasheetview.

Hope this helps
