Forms and Tables

I have a form with "owner" field

I have one table that is the Master Table
I have a second table B

If "status" field is closed in Master Table, all records are appended on a weekly basis to table B from Master Table

Unfortunately, table B does not contain "owner" field

I now want table B to be populated with "owner" field data for all records already appended - how can I do this?

Assuming you have a unique identifier field.
Add the owner field to table B
Create an update query to update owner field based on Unique Idendifier matching.
