Pull data from Excel to Access DB via Access Forms

Hi,
I do want to know how to connect Ms excel thru Vb coding in Access forms.
Please provide me step by step guidelines.

Get External Data
Link Tables
Select Excel in the drop down box
Locate where your spreadsheet is
and access will walk you through the rest
