Launching Outlook from Access

Re: Access 2003 / Outlook 2003

In my Access application there are three files that are created,
2 .xls and 1.txt

While I have not integrated Outlook into an Access app, is there a
way via VBA code behind a command button to:
1. Launch Outlook
2. Click "New Message" and populate the 'To', 'From', 'Subject',
'Body', and append the three attachments' and send the message, then
close Access.

One other question:
After launching a query via "DoCmd.OpenQuery", do I need to close the
query object with code (DoCmd.Close acQuery) before quitting Access?

Thank you.
