Access Subform

Hi, I am new to Access. Can someone please help me.

Access 2000

I have a form that works. I want to add a subform based on the selection of a drop down list.
Drop down list contains A B C.
If A is selected, I want an option group to appear.
If B is selected, I want an option group separate of A option group to appear.

Can someone please assist me.

Thank you.

Where does the subform come in?

Maybe I am not using the right terminology. I researched a little more and I think I mean cascading Combo Boxes, not subform. I still do not totally understand how to link cascading combo boxes, so I would really appreciate any help.
Thanks.

Here is my code

Private Sub cboModel_AfterUpdate()
On Error Resume Next
Select Case cboModel.Value
Case "A"
cboColor.RowSource = "ColorGroup1tbl"
Case "B"
cboColor.RowSource = "ColorGroup2tbl"
Case "C"
cboColor.RowSource = "ColorGroup3tbl"
End Select
End Sub
